90% of people, at some point in their life, experience low back pain. Rather than saying “I have a bad back,” why not say, “My body is trying to tell me something”? The spine is composed of 26 bones, plus tendons, ligaments and fascia all working together to facilitate ease of movement. When we have pain, our movement is restricted. In this 2-hour workshop we will explore our back anatomy and discuss how to manage low back pain by building strength and stability.

This is a DONATION based workshop.  Pay what you can based on your need and financial situation.

You must register for this program 2-weeks ahead of time to receive your essential oils.

Experience the therapeutic benefits of essential oils for emotional balance during your yoga practice.  This nourishing practice, appropriate for all levels, will be designed to move slowly, for you to go inside, explore, and release.  We will end with a guided meditation.  This class will incorporate aromatherapy with the use of essential oils, to leave you feeling  balanced, relaxed, and renewed in body, mind, and spirit.

Valentine’s Day Partner Yoga with Angela & Nathan

Join us for a Valentine’s Day partner yoga class.  Please note, it doesn’t have to be a romantic partner.  It can be a friend/sibling/parent or anyone who is in the same physical space as you.  Nathan and Angela are a husband/wife team and they’ve been practicing yoga together for over 20 years!  They will skillfully lead you through a centering to build connection and trust, partner warm ups to explore weaving movement and breath together and then asanas that are fun and heart-opening! 

 We hope you’ll want to share part of your day with us in a playful partner yoga sequence.  Angela’s favorite mantra or quote is, “Love is all there is,” or Baba Nam Kevalam which translates as love is everywhere and love is the essence of everything.
