Huff, Puff, Sit & Rest with Jacci Gruninger

Investment: Pay What You Can        Take one class or take all three

This hour-long class will focus on pranayama (breathwork), meditation and deep rest.  6-months experience with breathwork suggested although come explore if you’re new.  

The first 25 minutes will be spent  on breathwork followed by a 10-15 minute meditation and then 15 minutes of relaxation.  There will be a few minutes at the end of class for questions and discussion.

Standing on one leg, or two, is weight-bearing, strengthening, empowering, and for some, very difficult…or is it? Successful balance is a combination of 3 things: Your eyes (visual system), your muscles, joints and tendons (proprioceptive input), and your inner ear (vestibular system). In this workshop, we are going to look at the concept of balance from a whole-body perspective.

You may want to consider having the following props for this class:  yoga mat, yoga blanket, 2 yoga blocks, 8 foot yoga strap, yoga bolster.
