Sara Cobble is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist and has been teaching group fitness for more than 10 years. She has 10 certifications, including POP Pilates, Zumba, BodyPump, and SilverSneakers.
Fitness transformed Sara’s life at a young age and it is her passion and purpose to share it with others. She is a former competitive collegiate dancer for the University of New Mexico and Hawaii Pacific University, and has also danced professionally. When she’s not in the gym she loves to stay active by dancing, hiking, and training in aerial circus arts.
