Join us for a Partner Yoga workshop! The benefits of partner yoga are many:
#1  JOY! It is just plain fun! Never in a yoga class will you see so many smiles :).
#2  Communication. You get to practice this skill of communication in a no pressure/safe way
#3  Connection: You’ll get in the moment practice with trust
#4  Feedback: you get real-time feedback as you act as each others’ mirror. You can play with your edge more so than in a regular class because your partner can offer assistance with balance, support, alignment, stretching.

Please note, it doesn’t have to be a romantic partner. It can be a friend, sibling, parent or anyone who is in the same physical space as you. Nathan and Angela are a husband and wife team and have been practicing yoga together for over 20 years! They will skillfully lead you through a centering to build connection and trust, partner warm ups to explore weaving movement and breath together and then asanas that are fun and heart-opening! We hope you’ll want to share part of your day with us in a playful partner yoga sequence.
